The Federal law contains provisions on financial and fiscal measures in form of a collective law.

Comment

The 18th Covid-19-Law on financial and fiscal measures has been blocked by the Federal Council on behalf of its collective nature. The National Council has deliberated a second time, therefore overruling the Federal Council.
